TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXENTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxentAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
